Katherine Heigl opens up to everyone on her "white bubble childhood" and how it has had an impact on how she raises the children of her adoptive parents who are multiracial. Katherine Heigl, the "Firefly Lane" as well as "Grey's Anatomy" actress revealed in a recent interview she was told that when it came to skin tone, she didn't care the way she looked, but after she spoke with her older sister who was taken in to South Korea, she realized how different society treated both of the two. I asked Meg whether, while going out with her parents she was treated with a specific manner but when she was on her own, she received a different kind of treatment. She replied, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl said to Parents, "That made me realise that I was so naive." Her anger grew, and she decided to channel her anger into support her two adopted daughters. Heigl's husband Josh Kelley and their son Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr. 4 have been together for thirteen years. In 2009, the couple adopted Nancy Leigh (12), one of their daughters from South Korea, and Adalaide (8, a black child) in the year 2012.
