As a 2-sport athlete at Brockport she played as a part in the girls' soccer as well as lacrosse team's. Norman excelled as a soccer player for Brockport and was at the defensive side of the field. In her role as a defensive player, she proved to be a masterful blocker of the ball and was also a smart decision maker with regards to interpreting the offensive strategies of teams that were not hers.
