Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the writer of several online articles as well as a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three kids.
